Shipping Troubles

My shipping is delayed.

Note that shipping takes 1-2 weeks at least. We produce the best quality chocolate. It takes at least a week to deliver the products to you. 

How can I change the shipping vendor?

Unfortunately, you can not change the shipping vendor. We deliver our product via Yamato service.

The products were damaged during shipping.

We are so sorry to hear that. If the products are damaged somehow during shipping, please send them back to us via Yamato Cash On Delivery. We immediately replace with a good one as soon as possible.
